If you have a story about some of the wonderful people, places, or things to do in East Idaho (or even western Wyoming), we want to hear it! We would love for you to share your stories, photos, and local gems with us that we don't have featured yet. 

A few quick guidelines if you plan to submit a story:

• Please only send us unique content that you haven't shared on other websites (including your own personal blog)
• Check grammar and spelling before sending over an article (our editors will look over it too)
• Send us your author bio and a headshot
• Have fun and send lots of photos!
